Gloria Frances Stuart
Gloria was born July 4, 1910 and
and attended school at Santa Monica High School then immediatly ran to University of California, Berkley. She grew up to have a job as an actress, she played a roll in the number one best seller movie, Titanic.
Stuart was diagnosed with lung cancer around age 95, but she did live to be 100. Less than 3 months later she passed away in her sleep
of respiratory failure on September 26, 2010.
She started her official acting career in
1932 in Street of Women, acting as Doris
Baldwin. As she acted through the years,
her last movie was Land of Plenty, acting as an old lady.
A new documentary is currently in production called "The Secret Life of Old Rose" The documentary is being produced and directed by Benjamin Stuart Thompson, Gloria's grandson.
