Important Events 1910

Henry Ford
Henry Ford created the moving assembly line at his High land park plant. the first time this was ever put in motion was on december 1, 1913. this then revolutionized the automobile industry and the manufacturing business. By him making this he increased the speed of which anything could be built by having one person assemble the same part to each vehicle as it comes down a track. then people realized that this could be done for anything having to be built or packaged. this was of course the first time this had ever been successfully done so in this decade it pushed the national manufacturing industry forward.

Henry Ford

Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863 and died April 7, 1947. 
He grew up in Greentown Township Michigan. He attended school at a Detroit Business Institute. He obtained the job of being a mechanical apprentice. 

Henry ford made the very first automobile. He had made lots of money and sold lots of cars, along with other companies.

Woodrow Wilson

Woodrow Wilson born December 28, 1856 and died February 3, 1924. He grew up in Staunton Virginia. He attended school at Davidson College, Princeton, V of Virginia, and John Hopkins University. 

Some jobs that he obtained was being a lawyer, college professor, a governor, and of course President of the United States. 

Woodrow Wilson was president when we entered WWI. Which we defeated Germany.

Assassination of Franz Ferdinand

Franz Ferdinand was assassinated sunday June 28, 1914 at 10:45 a.m in Sarajevo. 

This event caused the central Powers( including Germany and Austria-Hungary) and the allies of WWI to declare war on each other

This assassination started World War I!

                                                                   Earnest Rutherford
    Earnest Rutherford created the Rutherford Model of An atom. After J.J. Thompson incorrect Plum Pudding model Rutherford bounced back with his new Rutherford model which contained the new features of a relatively high central charge concentrated into a very small volume comparison to the rest of the atoms. this model contained bulk atomic mass. this all happened in 1911

Charlie Chaplin
 
Charlie was born April 6, 1889, and died December 25, 1977. He attended 2 years of school at Hern's Boy's College and dropped out.
 
He became a film director, editor, and a composer. He has preformed in numerous films and is most famous for his silent comedy films.
 
 Charlie Chaplin is the man who has influenced all comedians worldwide.

Women's Fashion Trends 1910
 
Women wore long jackets over blouses/ high waist skirts. Most of the outfits were homemade. It depends on the material. There was never no one garment.
The outfits were tighter on the body then the previous decade.
This trend impacted the future, because it led to the tight body defining skirts and dresses now days.
